We’re a business built on the foundations of good ethical care, founded from the heart. We provide a free introductory service to those looking for extra support in and around the home. The way we do things promotes choice and control over the care you receive – something we feel very passionately about. Every Hub Personal Support Assistant is QCAS approved. This means they: Are fully trained in all Skills for Care recommended subjects (e.g. manual handling, first aid, medication, safeguarding and more!) Have a conviction-free DBS Are fully insured Have had their references and IDs manually checked Have the right to work in the UK This means that with a Hub PA you will only ever receive care from someone who has achieved QCAS approval (every year!) and possesses all the necessary training and safety checks to allow them to do the job safely.
