TC24 has years of experience in working with all category of persons including caring for the aged and physically disabled, as well as persons with dementia, epilepsy, learning disability, challenging behaviour, blind, deaf, mental health, autism, Asperger syndrome, addiction recovery, and many more. We can provide services for residents with various care needs including nursing, respite and end of life care. All Senior Management and the Recruitment team at TC24 have several years of experience working within health and social care prior to their current position many of whom have worked in learning disabilities, residential care and/or nursing homes.
