I have worked in a private nursing home for 13 years in Thornbury, I have experience in dementia care and nursing care needs, I help with there daily living with washing and dressing, making sure that they have there medication on time, we make sure there room are kept tidy and clean at all time, I also help feeding resident that can't do it themselves. I also like to promote independence where I can and give people the encouragement to give it ago. I am also medication trained, NVQ level 2 and 3, care certificate, first aid trained.
