I have worked in the care industry for over 10 years. Most of this has been spent in the community working with the elderly. I started out as a care assistant working my way up to deputy manager. I also spent a year as a personal assistant in complex care to a person with a spinal injury.I have a level 3 diploma in health and social care and currently doing my level 5.
