Private home carer available for live out day care including personal care , companionship calls , meal preparation , medication assistance / reminding , transportation to appointments etc . I can also offer temporary rehab care or respite cover if your main carer is away or off sick . I am based in Salisbury Wiltshire but have a car so can travel within reason .
