I have 29years experience working in health and social care, looking after the elderly, people living with dementia, learning disabilities and complex needs withing the community and residential settings. I have taken a keen interest in supporting people living with these conditions in their own home. It is a pleasure to relieve families and set them at easy with the "Babra magic" like one of my clients called it, I call it person-centred care at home.
