I'm a student nurse going in my 3rd year in September. I started working in Domiciliary Care at the age of 17 & as a bank hca at UHCW I have worked with a wide range patients both in my job and throughout my nursing journey. -Dementia Care -Medication Management -Personal Care -End of Life/ Palliative Care -PEG Feeding Skills -Communicate well - Active listening skills -Interpersonal skills -Time management -Organizational skills Through this job i have met a lot of families and all have impacted my life one way or the other.Like i stated, i started this job as a young girl and have grown and learnt a lot through that time and i believe my level of care skills and qualities have improved.
