I used to care for my grand dad and grandmom before they got sick from liver psyrosis. At first it was my granddad later we got to know granmom had the same thing. I was always there for them. Helping them taught me so many things. Having empathy for them, getting my patience level to the highest, my problem solving skills furnished as sometimes i had to think critically and find the solutions to the challenges i would face while caregiving process and mostly i would just understand them at some point when they wouldn’t even say a word to me. I would help them even on my busy schedule i was always flexible for them with my timing. My physical stamina would be highly in use as i had to change and bathe them. Mostly it was the experience and a rewarding feeling i got that i had an opportunity to care for both my grandparents.
