I have worked in a care home for 4 years and have experience with Dementia and elderly residents. I have a NVQ2 in health and social care. I would like to work in a private residence so that I can offer the individual person centred care with compassion and empathy and hope to ensure their daily life is as fullfilling as possible. I have catering and cleaning experience as well.
