I'm very experienced in the health & social care field. I provide the best quality of service I'd wish for my own family. I’ve been a support worker, care assistant, HCA & therapy assistant for stroke patients. I’m now a Team Manager for supported living. I have 23 yrs experience in health & social care. During my time with the NHS, I was keen to promote independence, I followed care plans to ensure our patients received the best quality of care. Maintaining the patients’ dignity, treating them respectfully & equally was a priority. I enjoyed educating patients & relatives about leading a healthy lifestyle, carrying out safe practices & safe manual handling. I’ve completed NVQ 2 in health & social care and Level 5 Leadership and management in adult care. I'm passionate about what I do. Our older generation deserve to enjoy their later years without having to worry how they are going to manage or care for themselves. I treat every patient as if they were my own relatives. Aside from care, I’m told I'm a very good cook & I am very precise when it comes to cleaning & keeping things tidy. I'm also a qualified Personal Trainer. I'm more than happy to help keep my clients' mobility & health in top shape.
