I have 15 years experience of caring for a gentleman who suffered a severe stroke that left him with Epilepsy & and various other health issues inc a breakdown I also have 1+ years experience of taking care of an elderly lady with Dementia and limited mobility and am currently taking care of an elderly lady with very limited mobility who needs 24 hour care In of these placements , a plan was agreed with the Family's and carers where I underwent any necessary further training as and when required My job roles was but not limited to ; Companionship, preparing meals, doing laundry and ironing, changing bed linen general household cleaning . Driving my clients to Hospital, Doctor and Podiatry appointments, picking up any medication from the pharmacy and informing the relevant persons of any changes in health, medications and diet on a weekly basis.
