I have over 20 years care experience assisting mencap tenants in their own homes, individuals, as a person assistant, with dementia issues and as children in a boarding school environment. I'm very capable and empathetic with a lot of calm and patience. I also have experience in medication; keeping charts and ensuring safe and timely practices. I'm able to sleep over or attend daily as required.
