I was supporting both of those eldery ladies with all aspects of their day to day living, so they could enjoy the best possible wuality of life. I was following instructions in their care and support plans which included: all aspects of personal care, encouraging, reminding, assisting and giving medicine, gently encouragement and help to eatanddrink well, safely using aids and personal equipment in a manner that respects the dignity of both ladies e.g. standing and walking frames, weelchairs, manual and electric hoists, slidingsheets, moving boatds, hearing aids, social and physical activities or mental stimulation such as: reading, photo albums, games etc., supporting ladies though temporary and terminal illness, including:end of life care, hospital appointments, record and report all relevant informatio including: the care and support that I provided and assistance with madicines, changes to their condition or other concerns.
