Honestly speaking, I have not done any job professionally In elder care center but I have the experience of looking after elders. I have looked after my own grandfather and grandmother for many years . I completely understand why elders need support from others; as they get older they become physically and mentally weaker and they can't even do some basic everyday works like walking, urination ,defecation. Some suffer from dementia ,their memory power also decline ,they feel loneliness. Overall speaking , it become very difficult for elders to live. Older people and kids need companion, they both are same in some way like they both need company and support. I will look after for any elders with the same love, respect, and compassion as I would for my own family members.
