I am a trainee nurse based in Brixton Hill and happy to travel locally within Lambeth, Wandsworth and Southwark. I currently work as an ad hoc Health Care Assistant and have generous experience of working with clients that require complex care. Some of the conditions I have worked with include Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, Respiratory illnesses, Dysphagia and Skin Disorders. My First Aid skills are never out of date, and my nursing knowledge also means I am aware of signs to look out for, and the actions to take where a client's health may deteriorate. I am also fully experienced in assisting with all of your personal care needs, including bathing, showering, strip washes, dressing and personal grooming, incontinence care and pad changes, administering medications, chart maintenance, self medication administering prompts, catheter emptying, meal preparations, feeding and fluid intake, stairlift and hoist usage, activity planning, shopping, walking, errand runs, appointment arranging, companionship, light housekeeping and other required home help.
