I began my career in Health and social care in 2016 as a Support Worker for Sussex Healthcare . In 2016 i lost my Mum to Stroke and the experience motivated me to provide care to those that need support because i know one day i may need it myself. I gained a wide range of experience, working with individuals with complex and challenging needs, learning disabilities and mental health and used my time there to study for a Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma. In June 2021 I decided I wanted to go self employed and provide support to vulnerable adults living in and around West Sussex. I am highly trained and experienced as a community support worker and always strive to give individuals the empowerment and guiding hand to live a happy and fulfilled life. I love working with clients, their families and multi-disciplinary teams to support and rehabilitate individuals. I am very hard working and love to continually learn and gain new skills and increase my knowledge. I enjoy working closely with clients, other professionals and families to support the individual’s needs. Being a Father to three children I am very organized, patient and a good communicator and listener!
