I am Andreia, I have over 10 years of experience in the care sector. I have provided care and treatment in a safe way to individuals in a way that would be appropriate and would also reflect their needs. I also always put the needs for those that I was caring for in first place. I currently support my grandmother with all of her medical appointments, vaccinations, medication requests and book her medication reviews with her GP.
