I have been employed by a private care agency for the last 4 years, working with the elderly. Before this I cared for my father who suffered dementia and other ongoing medical conditions ultimately having him live with me and my family for 4 years. I relate and understand dementia,mobility issues and the general struggles the elderly experience as their needs change.
