Hi! My name is Aleksandra and I have been working in the care setting for the last 5 years, working in a nursing and residential setting. Currently working as a Senior HR for a Day Nurseries across Exeter and Exmouth. I have experience as a House Leader working with elderly people living with dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer, anxiety, schizophrenia, learning difficulties & challenging behaviour.
