I work in Health care environment 2 years now. My job is to support individuals and sometimes their families who need help, both emotionally and practically, so they can live a happy independent life. I am easy going person, with ability to interact in with people of all ages and backgrounds and gain their trust. I am patience and understanding. I also see myself as having mental strength to cope with challenging situations and clients. Currently I gained my Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and I start course in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am always happy to work individually when is need it. I am very organised, having great communication skills. I am also happy to help in household.
