For a period of 2years, I had the opportunity to care for my elder sister, who required support due to her health condition. During this time, I developed strong communication skills, learned to adapt to their needs, and provided emotional support. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with older adults. Although it was a challenging experience, it was also incredibly rewarding, and it has instilled in me a passion for supporting and caring for others.
