Over the years, I've worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people, follow strict rules and procedures, and demonstrate understanding and empathy have been required. For instance when a client is experiencing a decline in their physical health, I would provide emotional support to the family and be extra mindful to be as empathetic as possible as this can be an upsetting time. I would work with my Team to address the problems and explain to the client about any changes we make to their care plan to keep them as comfortable as possible.
