A caring and motivated health care assistant committed to providing support and monitoring of individual care plans as well as management of clients with health care needs. With past volunteer work experience in providing support and monitoring elderly family members with age-related disabilities and assisting them in keeping to their health care plans. I do my best to make sure I adhere to an organization’s guidelines to promote effective health care while also acting in the best interest of the patients.
