Hi l have been a carer since l was 17. I live with my husband and my three children. My aim is to care for people l am a childminder and Carer I used to look after my grandparents, after l got married. I last looked after my mother-in-law. Then I started to care for elderly women, I do have experience and references. I am a very patient and responsible, caring person. I like to walk outside and I like to read story books, l also like to communicate with people . I have experience with early stage and last stage dementia ,physical disabilities children and elderly ,Autism spectrum disorder , catheter care , anxiety ,Diabetes , depression ,Arthritis ,stoma care , My Qualifications include. CRB check,Mandatory & Statutory, Covid19, NVQ level 3 in child care. Fist Aid. Food hygiene. Safeguard in. EYFS

Afsana treated my mum with empathy and respect. My mum felt safe and comfortable under Afsana's care. Even on the bad days Afsana remained calm and caring and good humored. My dad and I would not have coped without Afsana's help. Afsana also shopped, cooked and cleaned for my parents when their cleaners let them down, she adapted to the changing needs of my parents. Afsana liaised with nurses, doctors and dieticians to ensure my mum had the best care. After a string of carers that didn't treat my mum with the respect she deserved, Afsana was very different and I would highly recommend her. I can never thank Afsana enough for looking after mum so well up until her last breath.
