Last year, my grandfather suffered a brain stroke, which resulted in the paralysis of the left side of his body. During this challenging time, I took on the responsibility of being his primary caregiver. My duties included helping him with daily tasks such as changing clothes, assisting him in moving around the house, and preparing meals that suited his dietary needs. This hands-on experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of elderly individuals, particularly those facing mobility challenges. I have developed strong skills in patience, empathy, and attention to detail, which are essential in providing high-quality care. These qualities, along with my ability to manage day-to-day caregiving tasks, make me a good fit for this role in elderly care services.
