I am a 30 year old female whom works full time as an adult social worker following finishing my degree 9 years ago. However, in my spare time I have 2 private clients that I look after on a regular basis. I absolutely love chatting to people and ensuring that they have the best quality care. I absolutely understand that needs are different and am adaptable to this. I’ve worked with a range of indviduals from 18-100 and with differing diagnosis/illness such as dementia, frailty, learning disabilities and Mental Health including psychosis, schizophrenia and bipolar. I am also used to working with hoarders. I understand the importance of rapport building and ensuring that an individual’s voice is heard and independence promoted where possible. I am trained in Safeguarding, first aid and have a recent DBS check and can provide reference. I am available some evenings and Saturdays if this fits around my other 2 clients. I have a driving license and own a vehicle with business use of which I can transport individuals if needed. I believe in caring for others how id like myself or family to be cared for should care be required in the future and pride myself on giving the best care possible.
