My responsibilities include but not limited to, providing personal care and support to service users, including feeding, dressing, bathing, and toileting. Additionally, involve in working with individuals to establish goals that promote independent living, monitoring their skills and needs, and following positive behaviour support plans. Reporting any adverse incidents or safeguarding concerns is essential. Encouraging service users to voice their opinions and respecting their privacy and dignity. Furthermore, helping service users maintain relationships with their families, and supporting their recreational, social, and educational needs. Domestic work, such as laundry and cleaning, is also a part of my role.
