I am currently in the pre-registration stages of becoming an OFSTED registered childminder, with the ability to take children on from July 2019. I am based in the Wingates area of Westhoughton. I have a background in psychology with a particular interest in children’s development and have worked with children for many years. I am DBS checked and hold an up to date paediatric first aid certificate along with certificates in food hygeine, autism awareness and safeguarding. I am fully insured and proud of the resources I have to offer; I aim to provide a home from home experience with an emphasis on outdoor play, I have a fully secure third of an acre back garden for children to explore and allow their imaginations to run wild with them. I follow the early years education framework and believe every child has a right to access an education in a way which is unique and interesting to them. I will support your child to encourage them to develop a wide range of skills in exciting and educational ways.
