I have recently moved to Scotland and am now seeking a new role. I have a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and I have been working in Canada as a nanny for a 2 ½ year old girl and a 6 month old boy for 1 ½ years. Before this I was a nursery nurse for in Guernsey for 5 years. I hold a current first aid certificate, a full British driving licence, great references and over 14 years of working with children. When at college I completed a number of placements working with many different age groups including a home placement, two primary school placements and two day care placements. I have also worked in a number of different volunteer roles working with children aged 5-11. I have an enthusiasm for working with children and I believe that I am very adaptable and easy going as I have had a wealth of experience in different childcare environments. I believe in offering care and education as a nanny. I try to offer fun learning opportunities for the children in my care and believe that children learn through experience and hands on activities. I believe that I am fun, responsible and compassionate.
