I believe I have a lot of valuable skills that would benefit me in this role because I am 18 and have been home educated for the last 7 years with significantly younger siblings (8 and 10). For the last 10 years I have been a young carer to my stepfather & both siblings growing up which has made me organised, good with time management and conflict resolution. Being a carer also makes me sensitive to others needs, supportive, dependable and extremely flexible.
