I am a dedicated and compassionate childcare provider with 4 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged children. In addition to my professional experience, I have been a young carer for my autistic brother for the past 15 years. This personal experience has given me a deep understanding of neurodiversity, patience, and the ability to adapt care to meet individual needs. It has also strengthened my skills in communication, emotional support, and creating a structured yet flexible environment. In addition to my childcare experience, I studied Performing Arts in college, which has helped me develop a creative and imaginative approach to engaging children. I love incorporating music, drama, storytelling, and arts and crafts into daily activities to make learning fun and support children’s emotional and social development.
