In my previous experience as a Nursery Assistant i was able to build up my confidence and piortise my work load efficiently by ensuring personal hygiene and hygiene in the facility is kept unto high standards as well as monitoring the children’s dietry needs and documenting any signs of concerns. I always ensure that private confidentiality information is protected according to the policy. I am applying for this post, given from what i have learned from my previous experience i want to broaden my knowledge by working within this sector to understand the essence of childcare. I have strong communication skills which i have gained over the years from school and work environment. I believe communication is a vital skill and this type of skill is organic to me as I converse effectively with people. An example of this at my previous work place the kids enjoy my company and the parents at the nursery know me due to positive feedback.
