I am a former teacher who mostly worked at primary schools. I have worked as a nanny since January 2020. I worked as an after school nanny caring for two girls. 5 and 8 years old from January to March 2020. I was responsible for picking up them from school, helping with homework, cooking dinner, following an after school routine. I had to leave the role as of the Covid 19 outbreak. Later in June 2020 I started looking after a 27 month old boy and 56 month old girl. I helped with the potty training of the boy. I was responsible for all duties related to the children, from putting for a nap, ironing their clothes, arranging toys, reading, taking them out for a walk/to the playground, cooking with them. This was a short term contract and ended at the end of September 2020 when the boy started nursery. My favourite children books are The Little Caterpillar, Gruffalo, The Dinosaur Who Pooped on The Planet, Where is my hat? I consider myself a caring, crafty, reliable, outdoorsy, organised, foody, fun and loving person and i can build a relationship with children naturally. I like to be a guide in their learning journey and feed their curiosity with indoor and outdoor activities. References would be provided upon request.
