I have been a Teaching Assistant for more than five years and I have been a Senior Teaching Assistant for two years. I have been in the childminding industry since I was 16 years old. I started by caring for my neighbours children and then a family friends child when the child’s mother grew unwell. I have lived with families for long and short periods of time and I have experience with counselling children through grievances. My family and friends would describe me as a “loving, bubbly character who always has a smile on her face”.
