Hello there! My name is Tayla and I'm 25 years old. I've recently moved to Brighton after completing an MA in education and early years and an early years teacher status (EYTS) award at the University of Sussex. I'm currently working with Hays specialist recruitment as a supply teacher/TA and I am looking for more part time childcare work for short term/temporary basis before I go travelling europe to au pair in September. I come from a huge family so have always been surrounded by younger children (3 siblings, 14 cousins) and took on a caring role from a young age. I've had 5 years of varied education and childcare work experience, working with a range of children - from babies, during my teaching placements, right up to teenagers whilst volunteering at a summer camp in New York. My MA course specialised in the Early years foundation stage so my main experience is with children 0-7 years but I am comfortable working with any age. I also work part time on and off with an after school club company in schools around B&H but can negotiate hours with both my companies so can be very flexible with childcare shifts.
