My experience within childcare has covered a myriad of positions from having acted as a teaching assistant at my primary school, Holy Trinity, to currently providing babysitting and day-care services to a number of parents within the East Sheen Primary School Community. This arrangement has allowed me to create close and trustworthy relationships with not only the children that I care for but the parents as well, and I take pride in the fact that my regular clientele look to me as someone they can rely on to look after their children with wholehearted attentiveness and pro-activeness. I'm passionate about childcare because I believe it to be one of my core principles to provide children with an unwavering sense of safety and friendship, especially when I look back on those who used to be responsible for my own well-being and remember them as being too formal and aloof. I believe we can learn just as much from children as they can from adulthood, and thus I find their creativity and imagination wholly inspiring. Moreover, my avid interest in their development and growth has also provided me with the opportunity to nourish my personal development, enhance my communicative skills and become a more responsible individual.
