Baby sitting requires an individual to work in a smaller and more direct and hands on setting, and although it might seem as though I’m not used to such an environment that is incorrect. Working in a nursery such required me to create strong relationships with both my colleagues and the children in the nursery, allowing me to make them feel more comfortable whilst being away from their parents. These roles allowed me to develop and gain soft skills which built my communication skills whilst making me more empathetic. I feel as though I’d make a good baby sitter as I have the right skills and personality to successfully complete every task given to me.
