Having grown up in a big family, I've always enjoyed being surrounded by kids. I have taken care of children from a young age and have always treasured it. Since 14 years old I've been asked to take care of siblings and family friends' kids because of my natural knack for children. I studied child development in school to further my understanding of children's physical and cognitive development. I don't have much professional experience but am willing to learn and expand my knowledge. I had cared for children in a group of 9 before and have had little difficulty managing them. my mother's friends' children are often the first people I greet when meeting up with their family and hold a dear place in my heart. I don't have extensive experience but naturally have never struggled in the presence of children. I have also had experience with special needs children and will happily brush up on my knowledge of British sign language if necessary. I will boastfully announce that I am good under pressure and can think on my feet when it comes to dismantling a temper tantrum or episode.
