I have worked in International Schools in both Myanmar and Madrid for 3 years as well as placement work in a local primary school in Scotland. Through this experience, I have gained a diploma for International Teaching Assistants as well as qualifications in safeguarding, child protection and first aid. I am currently in my last year of university, studying BA(honors) Education Studies. Working within schools, I have gained extensive knowledge of the curriculum for ages 2-7 years old including phonics and literacy, mathematics and understanding the world. I believe in making learning fun and enjoyable by providing a range of dynamic opportunities for children to learn and explore e.g outdoor play. I also have experience with 0-2 year old's as I have a little one myself. Before moving into education and childcare, I worked in hospitality so I feel comfortable with cooking meals for children and doing light cleaning duties.
