I have had experience growing up in a 6 person household with younger siblings. I have grown this by joining a holiday club with children up to the age of 12. I was normally grouped with children 5 and under and had to provide a dbs check. This has allowed me to gain more experience within this industry aswell as having to be 1 to 1 with some children.
