I am an independent, hard-working and able individual always up for a challenge! I have a strong understanding that communication is a key role in success of any form, especially when it comes down to communicating with little people. My experience within childcare includes: Occasional babysitting, primarily with one family with two children aged 8-15 and pets also, over the duration of 2/3 years. Occasional babysitting also for friends/neighbours when required of up to 3 children at a time. Completed DofE Bronze award volunteering at a local primary school, which involved supervising, entertaining and helping during the school's after school club. This involved working with children ages 5-11 in groups up to 20. My current occupation is a primary school teaching assistant/1-1 special needs teaching assistant. I have experience working with children ages 4-10 in groups of up to 30.
