Looking for full time. Preferably minimum 40 hours a week. 8 years experience working in a nursery setting. Worked with 1-2 year olds for a year, 2-3 year olds for 2 years and then pre school 3-5 for 5 years. I have briefly dipped into 0-1s so do have some experience. I am senco trained, pediatric first aid trained, level 3 childcare qualified and also have my level 2 food hygiene and level 2 safeguarding. I also done KOT training similar to Senco however I believe it's out of date now. My experience in my current nursery doesnt believe in negativity, we promote self worth and self love. We are the only nursery in our area that still hugs our children and allows them to cuddle and kiss us. For me that's important, children need to feel safe and comfortable with their carers. I am a strong believer that any child in my care will be equally loved and cared for the same way I would care for my own. Have a paediatric first aid certificate which is a year old. Also have 6 months of nanny experience as was maternity cover.
