I have just graduated from Loughborough university with a degree in textile design, achieving a high 2:1. Whilst at university I studied a module called ‘creative arts in education’ in which we taught a series of lessons to SEN children. This sparked my natural abilities for teaching and childcare and taught me valuable skills in working with children. I also worked the duration of Easter and summer holidays of 2023 working as a kids sports camp leader in Harrogate. I massively enjoyed this role and would look after up to 15 children for the day, where we would play all kinds of sports, activities, go swimming and do arts and crafts! I was nominated for coach of the year after this summer, due to my encouraging and fun persona and popularity amongst the kids and parents. I am incredibly creative myself, running my own art business part time, and I also love playing sports, being active and being outside, making me a perfect person to look after and entertain your children. During my roles in hospitality and also my time at university I have built up a fantastic repertoire of cooking and cleaning skills, so I am perfectly able to feed children and upkeep the house at the same time.
