I have 7+ years of babysitting experience for children aged 2 and upwards and up to 4 children at a time. I have been with an agency in London for the past 2 years which has involved babysitting children who haven’t met me before very last minute, and so I am good at fostering relationships quickly and making sure children are happy when their parents leave. I have worked days in nurseries and I worked at a holiday camp for kids ages 6-16 where I had sole responsibility of up to 16 children at once. As a first aider I was the first point of contact for any children who had hurt themselves or felt unwell. This included administering medication, applying plasters and bandages, writing accident forms, keeping informed about any allergies or intolerances and making sure my colleagues knew about them and corresponding with head office and parents in regards to any accidents. I work full time as a surveyor and so I am available evenings and weekends.
