Whilst I do not have experience with babysitting, I have experience working with children in education that has prepared me for this role. I have worked with children who have special educational needs by talking to them, understanding their difficulties, and responding appropriately. They achieved higher feelings of self-esteem and self-worth that has enabled progression within school tasks and their own confidence. I intend to support those I am babysitting in the same way.
