Hello,my name is somto, I am from Nigeria. I am a masters students in international management. I love cooking,reading,dancing,shopping,singing and writing short write ups. I am patient, good communicator, have self reliance, good at multitasking and am confident. Started babysitting at quite a young age because I have two junior ones and had to baby sit then when my parents went to work. With time, I started taking care of my neighbours children, both new babies and older ones. Used my parents house as a day care for them. I can be a babysitter or nanny depends on what the parent want and also, it doesn’t just end at taking care of a child, teaching them and educating them is also a priority because children start to learn things when they are young so why not use that as an advantage to teach them little things like poems, children rhyme, alphabets and numbers just like I do when I babysit. To be a nanny isn’t just looking after a child, it involves taking into consideration that that child will see you as a second family, teacher, friend when the parents are not around, so to be a nanny you have to be good at what you do and know that any wrong decision will affect the child.
