I'm a fun, caring and reliable 23 year old, looking for the opportunity to join a busy family as a live out nanny. I have a great deal of experience working with children of all ages and abilities I was a part time support worker where I cared for children with special needs on a 1:1 basis, and My younger brother has special needs which has enabled me to view caring roles from both sides. During my gap year I worked in a secondary school as an LSA and carer, mainly looking after two children aged 11 with physical disabilities. My role involved assisting in lessons, in physiotherapy sessions and during lunch times and in after school clubs every day. I also have a lot of experience looking after children of varying ages - I regularly look after two children who are now aged 5 and 10 and have cared for both since they were just a few months old. I have a great deal of confidence in looking after children, ensuring their safety and that they have fun whilst being firm and disciplined when necessary. I am happy to do housekeeping duties, having lived alone for 4 years it is something I am very used to, and understand the importance of stimulating a child’s imagination and intelligence for them to make the best progress possible.
