My greatest strength is quickly establishing a trusting and open relationship with parents and children. I am very keen to make parents feel comfortable and reassure that their children are happy, safe and secure in my care. I am reliable, maintaining confidentiality, flexible, trustworthy, dependable, hardworking, loving and caring person who takes my work seriously. I take a caring approach to each of my maternity, night nanny and childcare families. Listening and understanding the needs of each family, making proposals and strategies of care to meet and exceed expectations. Children are a joy to be with and helping them discover themselves, understanding everyday situations that happen and help them to be safe but also independent from an early age.
