I have recently left a teaching post at a secondary school in the area to be more flexible for my family. Recently completed the Childcare and Early Years qualification with Distinction*. I am a qualified teacher with 4 children of my own that are now at college. My home is fully functioning for up to 4 children and from the ages newborn to teenage years During the day, the children will have the opportunity to play, learn rhmes (which are a good basis for language and math skills), socialise and go for walks to explore the environment around them. They will also take part in other activities such as cooking and gardening, much the same as they would if they were at home. I do have pets that are fantastic with children, all short haired also. However, allergies are thought of in these instances and if required all surfaces and furnishings will be hypo allergenically cleaned and animals kept in the outer part of the home. I have my own transport and can be extremely flexible with activities, school runs, cooking, cleaning and other domestic responsibilities.
