I am 19 years old looking to earn some extra income as well as owning my own jewellery business. I recently done a nursery practitioner apprenticeship within a nursery setting but never got the correct support needed whilst doing the apprenticeship hence why i left shortly after. I have always had a passion to work within childcare as i have two younger siblings (now aged 13 and 8) so i already have a lot of experience and knowledge with the development of children and how to handle certain situations. I want to make a difference in today’s generation and let children express themselves and who they want to be. i want them to grow and understand that the world is a safe environment and it is ok to show emotions. i am a very bubbly and outgoing person and also love arts and crafts, cooking, baking and exploring different places. I have my own car so transportation is flexible for me hence not having to rely on public transport. i am happy to also meet with the family/children beforehand to understand and get to know more, such as any allergies, medical conditions, any routines which have been put into place to follow and so on for a sense of safety and security
